The 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund provides compensation for victims of 9/11-related illnesses, including certain types of cancer, respiratory illness, lung disease, and families of those who have since passed.
The attacks on September 11, 2001, took 2,974 lives at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Tragically, lives continue to be lost as 9/11 related illnesses take those who were working or living in the area when the air filled with debris, dust, and toxins, for many days that followed.

IDG Legal has been raising awareness about the 9/11 Fund among the Black Car and limousine drivers who have been working in the area during that time and may have been exposed to the toxins, who may be eligible to receive compensation from the 9/11 Fund.
VCF Eligibility Requirements

- Cancer cases that meet the exposure/latency
- Airway or Aerodigestive cases that meet exposure/latency
- Individuals who:
- Were present in the New York City (NYC) Disaster Area in the dust or dust cloud on September 11, 2001
- Worked, resided, or attended school, childcare, or adult daycare in the NYC Disaster Area from September 11, 2001, to July 31, 2002
- Who were eligible for certain residential grants or whose place of employment was eligible for certain grants following the September 11, 2001, attacks.
You must also be able to confirm that your medical condition was diagnosed within latency and that there is proof of medical records to corroborate.
